Texas Association of Massage Therapists
Presents:
BETTER BODY MECHANICS AND SELF CARE
North Texas Chapter

NTC News You Knead
Hello Everyone,

We at NTC are hoping each and every one of you have been off to a successful start fo the New Year and have met your first quarter goals and are sailing through the middle of your 2nd quarter goals.

Many therapists have expressed concern for assistance with self care regimens and body mechanics tips.  So we would like to dedicate our May monthly meeting specifically to focus on just that.

There will be light refreshments provided, employment opportunities, and a host of resources to keep your body happy, healthy and strong.

We look forward to seeing you there Tuesday, May 11 at the North Richland Hills Recreation Center from 7pm to 9 pm.

Come join the fun!

Warmest Regards,
Shelli DavisRedford

Sports Tuina is designed to repair the injury rapidly and to get the athlete back performing in the shortest possible time, and to avoid surgery.  In China, surgery is looked upon as a "last resort" therapy, behind Tuina, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and therapeutic rehabilitation.
